not that i can really wear red to work, but i wish i woulda known it was national wear red day! boo... i am going back home (to my mom & dad's) tonight to set up for a garage sale i'm having... i would of atleast packed something R.E.D. boo, oh well. next time i suppose! yeow!

about the heart truth: To make women more aware of the danger of heart disease, the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) and partner organizations are sponsoring a national campaign called The Heart Truth®. The campaign's goal is to give women a personal and urgent wakeup call about their risk of heart disease.
